Why coordinate it

Keep the launch decisions connected.

A new practice has decisions that affect one another. The business name belongs on the payer file and the website. Scheduling and intake links need to match the workflow. Billing readiness depends on knowing what is complete, what is still with a payer, and who owns the next step.

Practice Launch puts those handoffs in one plan so you can review the work without managing separate vendors or guessing which task comes next.

How it works

A visible path from discovery to handoff.

  1. 01

Confirm the fit and written scope.

We review your license, state, payer list, target opening, existing systems, and the materials you already have. A new pilot-specific agreement and authorization must be signed before work begins.

  2. 02

    Gather the complete launch file.

You provide the requested eligibility information, business details, website copy and images, and access to the accounts we agree to configure. Sensitive provider information moves through the approved secure channel, not the public inquiry form.

  3. 03

    Build the practice foundation.

Minds Unraveled coordinates the administrative and payer path while mu works builds the identity, website, domain, email, and practical system links. You keep ownership of the accounts.

  4. 04

Review the handoff and open items.

We target the website and administrative handoff within 2 to 3 weeks after complete assets and eligibility information arrive. The final handoff separates completed setup from payer decisions and follow-up still in progress.

Scope boundaries

What the base offer does not include.

  • A second state or more than five payer applications total
  • Ongoing revenue cycle management or billing services
  • A custom EHR, custom portal, or complex integrations
  • Legal advice, tax advice, or professional insurance
  • State filing fees, domain or email fees, EHR fees, and other third-party subscriptions

Practice Launch

One public price.

$2,995

For one independently licensed clinician, one Kentucky or Indiana state, and up to five payer applications total. The five can include commercial insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid, as applicable to the clinician.

A new pilot-specific agreement and authorization define the work before the engagement begins. Sending an inquiry does not buy the service, reserve a launch date, or authorize payer submission.

Outside fees and work beyond the listed scope stay separate. Payment is not contingent on a payer approval or effective date.

Discuss the launch scope

Before we talk

Practice Launch questions.

Who is Practice Launch for?

It is for one independently licensed clinician opening a solo practice in Kentucky or Indiana. The base scope covers one state and up to five payer applications total.

What does the $2,995 include?

It includes the coordinated administrative, credentialing, brand, website, domain, email, and existing-system setup listed on this page. A written pilot-specific agreement confirms the final scope and responsibilities before work begins.

Does the price include outside fees?

No. State filing fees, domain and email charges, EHR or scheduling subscriptions, professional insurance, and other third-party costs stay separate and are paid to those providers.

Are Medicare and Medicaid enrollment included?

Yes. The five-payer total can include commercial insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid, as applicable to the clinician. Each payer or program controls eligibility, participation, approval, timing, and effective dates.

How long will the launch take?

The target for the website and administrative handoff is 2 to 3 weeks after complete assets and eligibility information arrive. Payers control their own review, contracting, approval, and effective-date timelines.

Is payer approval guaranteed?

No. Minds Unraveled prepares, submits, documents follow-up, and handles agreed corrections, but each payer makes its own participation and timing decisions.

Do I have to replace my EHR or scheduling system?

No. The offer configures agreed links and workflows around the systems you already use. A custom EHR, portal, or complex integration is outside the base scope.

What happens after the handoff?

You receive the accounts, orientation, website revision, and a clear status handoff. Ongoing billing, revenue cycle management, website care, or other support is discussed and contracted separately if needed.
