Holly Hay is the founder of Minds Unraveled, providing credentialing, billing and revenue cycle management, and practice operations support to healthcare providers, private practices, and growing clinical teams in Indiana and Kentucky.
Her background includes hands-on behavioral health practice administration: intake coordination, scheduling, insurance verification, billing and payer processes, and the systems required to keep a practice running smoothly.
She founded Minds Unraveled to give clinicians dependable back-office support so they can spend less time navigating administrative and revenue-cycle issues and more time focused on their practices and patients.
