Website & inquiry privacy

This notice describes the public website, inquiry form, and consultation scheduling link operated by Hay Solutions LLC, doing business as Minds Unraveled. Updated October 12, 2026.
Information you choose to send
The inquiry form asks for your name, email, practice type and stage, and the services you want to discuss. You may also provide a practice name, phone number, preferred contact method, timing, and a short description of the need.
Where an inquiry goes
When you send the form, the website checks it and forwards it over an authenticated, signed connection to the Minds Unraveled operations system that also runs the client portal. If that connection is not in use, the website application stores the inquiry itself. Each inquiry is kept in one of these places, not both, along with when it was received.
Authorized Minds Unraveled administrators review inquiries to respond, discuss services, and manage the prospective relationship. An inquiry may be linked to a prospective client record and, after an agreement and onboarding, the resulting client organization. Archiving hides an item from ordinary work views without erasing its history.
Scheduling a consultation
The option to book a time directly opens Google Calendar appointment scheduling, a service operated by Google. Information you enter there, such as your name, email, and chosen time, is collected by Google under its own terms and privacy policy and is shared with Minds Unraveled to arrange the call. The website does not receive or store your booking details.
What to leave out
Do not include patient information, actual claim identifiers, passwords, provider Social Security numbers, tax IDs, or bank details in an inquiry or a booking. If sensitive provider or business information is required later, it is collected through a secure channel after access is arranged.
Website activity counts
The public website can count visits to listed public pages, clicks on links to the inquiry form, and inquiry-form starts. These are aggregate activity counts, not unique visitor counts. Clicks on the scheduling, email, and phone links are not counted. Each count sends only a fixed public-page label and event name. It does not send form answers, email addresses, full URLs, query strings, referrers, or private portal activity. These first-party counts create no cookies or visitor identifiers. When the operations connection described above is in use, the counts are recorded there instead of by the website application.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable this public measurement. Counts can be incomplete because of these preferences, browser blocking, or connection failures. Received inquiries are counted separately from the website events.
Optional Google Analytics
On selected marketing pages, you can choose whether to allow Google Analytics. It stays off until you choose Allow analytics. Decline analytics keeps it off. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control keep it off regardless of an earlier choice. The Analytics preferences control lets you withdraw permission. Your choice is saved in this browser for up to 180 days; if it cannot be saved, Google Analytics stays off.
If allowed, Google receives a fixed public-page address and label plus technical connection information, including your IP address and browser information. Google uses analytics session cookies on this website to associate permitted page views during the browser session. These cookies are limited to this website host and are not shared with the client portal subdomain. We send fixed page-view information, with advertising features disabled. We do not send search parameters, fragments, referrers, form answers, contact details, or private portal activity. Pages with URL parameters or fragments, inquiry forms, account pages, portal pages, and health-topic audience pages are excluded. Some incoming links also prevent measurement. Advertising consent, Google signals, and advertising personalization stay disabled.
Withdrawing permission disables measurement, removes this tag’s analytics cookies, and reloads the page to unload the tag. It cannot recall a request already sent. Google processes information under its privacy policy. These optional counts are separate from the first-party activity counts described above.
Hosting, security, and access
Hosting and infrastructure services process requests needed to operate the website. They may process technical connection information separately from the aggregate website measurement. The client portal is a separate signed-in service with its own access controls; the public website does not collect portal activity.
